In keeping with the Easter treat idea,
I have included a
fast
easy
and
cute
treat to make
or take
for Easter goodness.
 I made the
Tollhouse cookie
recipe.
Instead of making cookies,
I dropped
a blob
into
greased mini muffin pans.
I then took the backside of a measuring spoon
and pushed the "blob" of dough down,
and making a shallow well.
I took the cookies out when they were
"just done".
We like them that way, instead of
"really done".
I then put
canned icing into a pastry bag with a
star tip
and piped
just enough to
make a
a perfect mini treat.
 The good part about them
being mini
is that
one recipe of cookie dough makes
a LOT of
tollhouse "cupcakes".
The bad part of making these
is that because they are mini
they seem to
disappear
very very quickly!
On the other hand,
that is why I make the treats....
for all my little bunnies!
Try these...
fast
easy
cute
and
delicious!
